These Power Down breaks are not coffee breaks, bathroom breaks, a quick phone call to check on the kids, they are a break literally to do nothing, maybe close your eyes or meditate (this does not involve list making). If you find it difficult to get this quiet time in your office or other work area, take a quick walk outdoors, stop and look at the clouds or the mountains or the sunset. It will work wonders.
