Meet Dr. Giles and the Bountiful Family Wellness Center

Dr. Troy Giles grew up in Ogden, Utah where he graduated from Ogden High School. After serving an LDS mission in Mexico, Dr. Giles returned home and married his high school sweetheart, Teresa. Dr. Giles received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, then completed his pre-med classes at Weber State University. Dr. Giles went on to graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in California. After moving back to Utah, Dr. Giles started Bountiful Family Wellness Center.

Dr. Giles has been married 31 years and has four children and two grandchildren. When Dr. Giles isn’t in the office, you can find him serving in his church, playing in the outdoors, flying his remote control airplane, fixing/jimmy-rigging something, and spending time with family.

Why Dr. Giles and the Family Wellness Center

Bountiful Family Wellness Center has a unique focus of the “Triangle of Health.” Triangles are the basic building block of any strong structure. As we focus on each side of the triangle during a patient’s treatment plan, the patient becomes stronger and more balanced. This triangle consists of structure, emotion, and physiology. Structure treatment focuses on spinal health and the nerves that connect the brain to the rest of the organs of the body. Emotional treatment focuses on conscious and subconscious emotions that are associated with past experiences. Updating these emotions takes stress off the nervous system which creates a better environment for healing. Physiology treatment focuses on supporting organ systems and removing layers of infection from the body. Each side is important and works together to support your overall health.
