Why Dr. Giles and the Family Wellness Center

Bountiful Family Wellness Center has a unique focus of the “Triangle of Health.” Triangles are the basic building block of any strong structure. As we focus on each side of the triangle during a patient’s treatment plan, the patient becomes stronger and more balanced. This triangle consists of structure, emotion, and physiology. Structure treatment focuses on spinal health and the nerves that connect the brain to the rest of the organs of the body. Emotional treatment focuses on conscious and subconscious emotions that are associated with past experiences. Updating these emotions takes stress off the nervous system which creates a better environment for healing. Physiology treatment focuses on supporting organ systems and removing layers of infection from the body. Each side is important and works together to support your overall health.
